A Child's Place CASA, Ltd. is a 501(c)3 non profit organization, in Brooke and Hancock Counties, West Virginia and Jefferson County Ohio supporting and promoting court appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes.
